Visual and Performing Arts Makes NSF Top 100 in Research Funding

For the first time this year, NSF issued detailed funding rankings for non-science and engineering fields. Two of Michigan Tech's non-science disciplines ranked in the top 100: visual and performing arts (72nd) and humanities (78th).
